RE-ACT Masterclass & Networking Days @ Zagreb Film Festival, will take place on October 27-28, 2022 organized in partnership with the Zagreb Film Festival.
Once again all RE-ACT film professionals will have the great opportunity to join a rich programme that will include a presentation of the RE-ACT Co-Development Fund, a lecture designed in collaboration with First Cut+ and some networking activities so to bring together producers from the RE-ACT counties.
Interested producers from Croatia, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Serbia and Slovenia can register at the following form no later than October 12, 2022 and RE-ACT & ZFF will offer up to 2-night accommodation in Zagreb to 10 professionals. The invitation will be based on a first come, first serve basis and on a country balance representation.

Marketing Is Your Friend
A RE-ACT lecture in collaboration with FIRST CUT+

For filmmakers, marketing is probably the last thing that they want to consider. Not anymore. Nowadays, filmmakers are responsible for the marketing, sales and distribution of their project.
The lecture will focus on the 3 valuable C’s, which in marketing terminology stand for Consumer, Convenience and Communication. There will be presented the “secret weapons” of marketing – positioning, benchmarks, strengths & challenges, definition of target audience; distribution models, film marketing in the digital age, plus useful tips for creating the best possible promotional materials in order to stand out from the clutter, will also be part of the presentation.
One of the lecture’s objectives is to help the producers think both like a film business investor (B2B) and a fan (B2C).
