Nine children from Allegnidis, a small mountain village in Carnia, with their young teacher write a letter to the Director of the magazine of Epoca. Their desire is to know the infinite sea. They will receive postcards from all over Italy. Until the day when a lawyer from Treviso and the Mayor of the City of Grado will go to pick them up and finally take them to the sea.
