Simone is a young boy who climbs among the shrubs of the Trieste Karst, in the magical world of childhood where he hides to feel free. He is a “ghost” for others, peers who know him only for what they see: a different labeled according to simple stereotypes. Sayid, on the other hand, is a young migrant, one of the many adolescents who, like ghosts, leave traces on that same landscape. These two types of creatures will meet in a magical space and will help each other make themselves less invisible to their eyes, through a short journey through the woods to the real world. In this journey the two get to know each other and learn about each other’s fears and passions and discover each other less different than they seem.
