Video cameras are everywhere in Rosarno, Calabria. Hundreds of mechanical eyes stare at the fields, the containers stacked in the empty harbour, the orange groves and the olive trees. They try to catch the movements of an enemy whose greatest strength is its invisibility: the ‘ndrangheta.
On a high ground, protected by an automatic gate, one of the best high schools Italy can be found. A principal heads this feud. Her crusade has just one drive: wipe out the ‘ndrangheta from southern Italy. The portrait of a school year and of a war against an invisible enemy.
