This documentary tells the story of three athletes with intellectual disability, that have participated in the World Special Olympics Games at Shanghai in October 2007.
These athletes have participated in the Games with the naïve and simple competitiveness with which all sports competitions should be approached: trying to surpass their own limits, challenging with the other athletes in an experience of sport and emotions that women and men share all over the world.
Through the trainings of these people, their experience of journey, their competitions, and their every-day life, this documentary wants to investigate the opportunity that sport offers as an educative mean for life. It does it trough the special experience of the Special Olympics athletes.
